Our main focus has been implementing physical activity and knowledge of healthy food for children at risk of heart disease and stroke. We provide healthy tips on eating and ways to stay fit.
For the last eight years we have faithfully devoted our time to offering personal training sessions targeting weight loss, healthy weight gain, prenatal, postnatal and rehabilitation fitness.
